One of the good features of MyPBX client is that you can use CTRL C to copy the incoming phone number, then paste it to any CRM field and find the caller if they are in a contacts list.

The problem is, that it doesn't clear the clipboard. Therefore if there is any data already in the clipboard, it will append the incoming phone number onto the existing data in the clipboard.

We really need its own clipboard, possibly with a user defined keystroke sequence or combination, similar to CTRL C but maybe something that is on a per user basis, to be able to copy to its own clipboard, and empty the clipboard when pasted anywhere else. Either this, or the ability to clear the existing clipboard prior to pasting into a CRM software package.

  Wit this activated, an incoming number is caught using CTRL - C

  Pressing CTRL C willl capture this (and append it) to existing clipboard data.

  I use Ctrl + c more often for outgoing calls. I can select the number and use Ctrl + c then the MyPBX Client will call out the number in the clipboard. This is something like "Click to dial"

  For incoming call, i normally use the Integrate with outer CRM

  Hi Oscar,

  Thank you for your suggestion. I had asked for this feature from a couple of our customers who had asked about improvements to MyPBX client. This feature in particular was common for both of them.

  I had successfully integrated MyPBX client with vTiger and SugarCRM. I believe that at least one of our customer's CRM is custom written and may not have the capacity for direct integration.
