The time can't synchronize issue

Dear Support Team

The problem is the phone getting the time (NTP) from yeastar display the time incorrectly, the phone manufacture advise us to change the value on the IP-PBX (NTP) setting, by alter the “stratum” value to 1.

ls it possible to fix / change this value on the box?
