I have connected users from our another branch to our office by vpn.they can connect to all servers in our office from there branch and ping all devices in my network except pbx!
Before they were connect to pbx by softphone and they were registered in pbx but not they can not.
I tried to change firewall setting and turn it off on pbx but it didn't help.

How do you connect your servers into the VPN network? Is it required setup any VPN on the devices? If so, you may need to setup on the MyPBX as well.
If your VPN is configured on the router, then it might not required setup anything on the devices. In this case, you can try change a IP address for the MyPBX. For example, change the IP to that of the server which you can get ping response. You may need to make sure there is not difference between the servers and MyPBX.

yes,my vpn is configured on router.
I can ping other servers, I also tried to change Pbx ip to an ip is rechargeable by ping but after doing that I can not ping Pbx even with new ip address.

To troubleshoot this issue, i think you can try:
1, Capture network packets on MyPBX and check if you can get the ping (ICMP packets) from where you ping the MyPBX (through VPN);
2, Capture network packets on MyPBX and check if you can get the ping (ICMP packets) from where you ping the MyPBX (without VPN, i mean ping from the same local network of MyPBX);
If you can see ICMP packets when you ping from local network but not from remote site through VPN, then i think you need to check the VPN routes. It is probably issues of VPN.

After a long time still i have this problem. Actually i hadn't able to fix old one and now again i should do it.
I am checking the routes and now all is working i am able even to ping pbx from remote computer that i have installed soft phone on in other branche also i am able to ping the remote computer from my pbx. but soft phone is not able to register the account.i switched off the pbx firewall but it didn't help.
may i know how can i capture packets on my pbx?
I have one more problem is that i am using a sip provider and i have added it as a trunk in my pbx. Is working fine but my problem is every morning i come to the office i check this is not disconnected and when i check status page in my pbx is, trunk status is showing rejected.
So what i do is to only open the trunk page,click on save and after that apply change so pbx will check the trunk again and it will register but tomorrow morning again it showing rejected and i should repeat this process.
Is there any option in my pbx to force pbx check trunks and try to reconnect automatically ?

To capture the network packets, please goto MyPBX web GUI -> Reports -> System Logs -> Packet Capture tool
For the SIP trunk issue, did you ever try register the SIP trunk account on an IP phone directly and see if the problem would happen on the IP phone or not?
