Issues:
1. Only 1 email can be associated with an extension. (Many users have 2 extensions, one in the office and 1 at home)
2. When setting up a ring group or queue, the default must be an extension email. (We have a complaints group and we do not want it associated with an employee, we want a separate announcement.)
Solution:
Allow the setting up of virtual extensions that only have a mailbox and greeting.
