On N824, It would be nice to have a desktop app that show which users are on the phone and being able to call them by clicking the extension.

I tried to install the Client Add-In for myPBX but it wouldn't connect to my N824.

  If you're still having some issues with the call pop up feature, you can check out Tenfold as they offer a call pop up feature that lets pops up and shows you the contact information, previous notes and task creation if you need to follow up on that call. Tenfold also offers other features like click to dial, new lead/contact creation when no matching records, support for cases/opportunities and advanced analytics on the backend.
