I have uploaded a recorded audio file with the .WAV extension for our customized IVR but I cannot hear the audio once initiated. My file was only 849KB. Can you tell me what did I miss?

Markus Mohr I have had many Problems with customized Audio Files. The MyPBX often says often:
file.c: Unable to open /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/300/unavail (format 0x8 (alaw)): No such file or directory
Now i go with the Free Version of WavePad and save the Files always as *.gsm.
In my case it doesn't work as wav file.. I tested all gsm. alaw and pcm.Greets
