It is a Major Problem that if I have a Queue with 8 Agent's, if 1 Agent take the Call on the other 7 phones there is a missed Call.
In a Ringgroup it works! But we need a Queue!

Which brand of IP phones you are using? Which model of Yeastar product you are using?
I test this scenario: MyPBX U500 firmware version 14.19.0.48 with Yealink(T26) and Fanvil's phone(C400) with call queue "Queue Ring Strategy" configured as "ring all", with two agents in the call queue, when one of the agent answer the call, there is not missed call on the other phone.
Close it. Or delete it ;)
