  Solution:

  Step 1, Route the incoming call to IVR and enable "Direct Dial ";

  Step 2, Make an incoming call through N824's trunk;

  Step 3, During N824 playing the IVR prompts, dial *02;

  Step 4, Follow the system prompts to chanage voicemail greeting;
