Any advice here would be great, after the hold position is announced for callers in the Q the hold music stops for about 40 seconds. Any ideas on this one customers are thinking the line has been disconnected.

We don't have the same issue in our office with below configuration, firmware version 14.19.0.48, could you please post your firmware version and the settings of your call queue?

I am running the second to latest firmware xxxx.47 - but after reading the patch notes there was no mention of fixes for similar issues so I have not yet moved up. Below is my setup, its a bit odd looking as I am using external software to control agent logon and a few other variables.
I got the same issue on S-100.. Any idea?
