No audio when making calls

Hello,

I have S20 already configured and all ports needed are open in router, I can connect remotely to Web interface and extensions

but when I make a call from my Linkus app to my phone linkus or when someone call my GSM mobile no audio I can't hear him

it was working today but stopped and no audio again
