Ring Strategy support manual order for queues

When adding both dynamic and static users to a queue you have the ability to order them. 


I would like to be able to set the ring strategy order manually. For example I have senior staff starting at 8.00am who log into the system and take calls. At 9.00am junior staff arrive and I would like them to login and be the first preference for accepting calls with the senior staff remaining as backups.
