I'm having this issue on call recording.
When and inbound call(external call) was received by reception the call recording works normally, however by the time the reception transfer the call to a local extension the call recording does not work on the local extension. Instead the call recording remains in the reception and continues to record but captures the conversation of the external caller and the local extension.
After transferring the call to a local extension the call recording should also be transferred to the local extension right?
Is there a settings for this?
