Yeastar tg400 is now working properly

Good day

1. We have 2 sim cards insert, sometimes after rebooting the device any of sim card is not up, and i need to reboot once more, is it normal and how to resolve it?

2. When I make an incoming call, after 3 seconds I hang up and call back again, the gateway processes my call with the failed status, is it normal and how to resolve it?

3. How to configure the gateway to use the dialing rules on the Asterisk side, and not on the gateway side?

4. After a while, the gateway stops receiving calls, on one SIM card it simply does not pick up the phone, on the second it is busy. After a reboot everything is back to normal,  is it normal and how to resolve it?
