Hello,

I've got no idea and i hope you can help me.

I have a S50 and 2 Time Conditions in the Inbound Rules.

Work Time and other Time. Other Time is the closing Time, It forwards to an Extensions mailbox.

But Now I have special days such as public holidays, so I just want to play an announcement or forward it to a Mailbox with a different announcement. How do I do that?

Should I or can I create a new extra extension only to use this mailbox for this?

What is the best practise? And important! How can i only play announcement, without Mailbox

  Hello Peter

  add another time condition for the Holliday. on the inbound roule move it to the top that it match the date. For example if 1/12023 then play holliday1. If 1/2/2023 then play holliday2. if 2/1/2023 then go ahead and play worktime or your closing time. Your Prompts can be added under, Call Controll - Time Condition

  I understand that I set up a time condition with the right priority for each day.
  But I still don't understand the redirect :(

  You redirect all holidays to the IVR Feiertag. Can callers then choose a holiday? :)

  under the inbound Route I have to choose a destination, per time entry (per holiday)

  But which one? All the Extensions have their own Number and own Mailbox. I cant use this for holiday announcement.

  so I think that I have to create a new extension for each announcement?

  under Call Controll - Time Condition there are no Prompts to add :(

  Hi Peter

  we use Time Condition.

  Hollyday, play IVR, then move to Global Voice. Last Rule

  If Worktime go to Ring Group. If no one is there it goes to the Global Voice.

  

  In this condition we have 2 Voice, one for Holliday and one for Office Hours. But you can record the last one as your text ends.

  Rules then are your IVR, then Your Holliday Voicemail with the same Time Condition. Then move it under the right IVR.

  Or as we, we have holliday, we are out of office, go to Voice

  Entschuldige bitte dass ich so Begriffsstutzig bin, vielleicht liegt es auch an der Sprache ? :)

  Also was ich verstanden habe ist.

  1. Time Condition, ist klar, dort lege ich Bürozeiten, Feiertage usw. fest.

  2. Dann muss ich diese Zeitwerte natürlich in eine Route einbauen. Call Control - Inbound Routes - Enable Time Condition.

  3. Wie erreiche ich nun dass ich dort. Ich habe keine Ansagen unter Time Condition. Du sagtest Your Prompts can be added under, Call Controll - Time Condition. Move to Global Voice. Global Voice kenne ich auch nicht :(

  a) 3 unterschiedliche Ansagen mit Aufnahme habe

  b) 2 unterschiedliche Ansagen ohne Aufnahme habe?

  Für eine Ansage mit Aufnahme, benötige ich eine Extension mit Voicemail. 
  Wie bei dir auf dem oben letzter Eintrag (andere Zeit - Sprachnachricht)

  Daher die Idee, für jede Ansage eine extra Extension erstellen. Was aber ein bisschen komisch ist.

  Das mit dem IVR verstehe ich nicht. IVR macht eine Ansage und wartet dann auf einen Tastendruck des Anrufers. setzt man den Repeat Count auf 1, dann kommt die Ansage und er legt auf. Aber ich kann von dort aus, nicht weiterleiten oder Aufnehmen

  

  Alternative wäre auf eine RingGroup zu leiten, dort kann ich eine Ansage machen und wählen ob danach aufgelegt oder weitergeleitet werden soll
