P-Series provisions wrong time to Snom D715

After factory resetting a snom D715, and assigning it an extension in the P-Series SE trial version, I noticed that the PBX is provisioning the wrong time / time zone to the phone:

It is 11:52pm but the phone shows 4:52am.

It seems, the PBX provisions UTC by default.

It is possible to manually select the correct time zone in the phone, but that defeats the purpose of having a phone provisioned and managed centrally from within a PBX.

Therefore, I consider this a bug.

Note: in my version of the P-Series, the snom D715 does not show up in the list of officially supported phones. So I added it as D717.
