P series button programming Prefix Key

On yealink phones the prefix key can be used in conjunction with a BLF key.  Currently the p series forces you to pick a user instead of leaving the key programmed with on user associated.  Can we get it so the prefix key can be set without any user so it can be used with any blf key?
