Is there a way to force and entire recording to play, before sending the caller to a ring group? The message inform callers of alternative ways to get support and we want that to play 3 times before going to the ring group.

Larry Neblett I am not sure that I understand the need for what appears to be the same message to play 3 times before allowing a selection, but there is a setting "prompt repeat count". You might also nest IVRs so that the first one has the message and no key press options and a timeout of 1 that then sends to the second IVR that is set much the same way, but the timeout sends to the 3rd IVR with the message as well as key options. Not sure that I answered as the scenario was not very detailed.

Stephen Lynch - Larry, Thank you. Makes sense. Our situation is unique, but you led me down a good path. I want people to listen to the message and use out ticket system via the website instead of always trying an operator. Most caller's don't listen to the message and just hit 0 and are sent to a ring group.
Now when they hit 0, I will have another IVR that plays the message with no key press and then after a time limit go to a ring group.
