S20 call routing options

I have an S20 here is my set up and little problem 

All calls come in to the IVR 

Options 1 (rings ext 221,222)

Option 2 (rings ext 223,224)

When needed I would like staff upstairs to press a button and route all calls up stairs to ext 225

So 

Option 1 (rings 225)

Option 2 (rings 225) 

I would like her to be able to turn this on and off when needed 

 

any idea's
