Yeastar S20 PBX Mouse scrolling not working

HI,

I got a Yeastar PBX Awhile back and setup, since the beginning the mouse wheel scrolling do not work, not even my touchpad on my laptop can scroll, I have to drag the page or list up and down with the mouse pointer. Any advice? Im using Google chrome, I have the same issue on Firefox and Edge on Windows 10, Firefox and edge no extensions installed.

I have the same problem with one of my laptops.

Both are configured the same way with Windows 10 PRO french and are made by Dell.
