I have this scenario where I have 2 sim cards attached to TG1600. Yeastar S300 with PSTN provider attached and with fxs where the phone is attached.
Now the issue is when I outbound call through sim card it will go through, however when I try to test call using the sim 1 and call the other sim 2 attached to TG1600 it won't.
It's weird that I can all outside my premise but not the other sim inside the TG1600.
Please help.
And can you do the reverse? Have you taken a network packet capture to ensure that the call is not being seen by the PBX, but rejected for some reason that caused it not to ring?
I haven't tried yet capturing a network packet but doing a reverse? Do you mean calling from outside the premise bound to those sim cards? I tried it already and no problem it just went through.

You indicated that you could not call out from sim1 to back in on sim2, but have you tried from sim2 out to sim1 in?

Additionally, is there really a reason or need for the ability to call out and then back in to the same PBX? It seems to me that in doing so you are really doubling the cost when one could simply dial the needed extension instead.
Yes, I already tried it calling from sim 1 to sim 2 and vice versa however call can't go through.

Not really, but doing so also is one of the ways to check if the sim is still working because there were times you can't reach the sims may be because of a signal issue. However, it's different with this one because I also tried unplugging the sim cards on the device and tested it on a mobile phone it works fine however when plugging the two sim cards in the Yeastar it can't call.
Tested
1.Cards were plug in on Yeastar and calls sim 1 to sim 2 and vice versa not working
2.External phone outside the premise bound to sim1 or sim 2 works fine.
3.Unplugging sim cards from Yeastar and tried the sim cards to mobile phone works fine.
4.Plug the sim 1 to Yeastar while sim 2 is on mobile phone call out sim 2 to sim 1 works fine.
5. While sim 1 is on Yeastar outbound call to sim 2 while is on the mobile phone is fine.
And to note that I'm only having this issue with sim cards only however with PSTN line were fine..
