My company's Windows Desktop client v.2.7.8 randomly shows extension number instead of name/surname as you can see in image.
Linkus desktop is updated to last version.
Reinstalled many times without solve.
Problem not showing on mobile or web client .
Client operating system is Windows 10 PRO 21H2 and 22H2.

Unfortunately not.
Sometimes you can solve the problem by reinstalling or update the Linkus Client, now called Linkus Client Lite.
Yeastar has been released and updated 2 different clients: Linkus Desktop, a "porting" of web based componet, and Linkus Lite, the "old" Linkus: https://www.yeastar.com/linkus-download/

Davide Permunian We only open the UDP port 8111. This is not enough for some smartphones. TCP 8111 is also required to work Linkus properly.
