[Contacts] Add ability to bulk edit extensions personal contacts (P-Series CE)

Currently there is no way to bulk delete an extensions contacts.
You can not export, make bulk updates and reimport contacts.
There is no option to "import & replace existing contacts"

Propose addition of import and replace option and bulk select/delete contact options.
