Monitor trunk status remotely

We have a large number of clients with Yeastar S-Series PBXs that are on-site and we need a way to monitor the status of the trunks in real-time.

These PBXs are on Yeastar Central Management and emails do get sent when a trunk registration fails, but most of the time it's a false positive or by the time someone checks a few minutes later, it's registered.

Is there an API or SSH command that can be used to obtain the status for all the trunks on each PBX? We can then integrate that with monitoring software to monitor our clients in real-time and be more proactive in providing support.
