every customer always and only asks us for one thing. Have a report of missed and abandoned calls in the queue, but displaying the number that called.
Currently this is not possible, except by going through the CDR, which is an incomprehensible tool to provide to the customer.
The only solution currently is to set up a queue manager and send abandoned calls to them, but customers ask me for a usable report.
Is it possible to implement this function?
