The Auto CLIP Route feature is really handy however it would be good if you could set where the call routes to on overflow e.g. if the customer calls back in and it matches one of the routes created at the moment it follows the users presence setting e.g. voicemail. It would be handy if you could set it so that if a call came back in and the user was busy/didn't answer that it routed through to the original route set in the inbound route.

Gavin James Yes, just started using this feature for a customer, and this was the first thing that they commented on. We've turned the feature back off because of this.

Eric Jiang That makes sense, it should be a global setting, either going to the extension no answer/busy destination or to the matched inbound route.
