Change BLF Light on Time Conditions

Hello,

Today when BLF is set for time conditions, colors are inverted.
When inbound route is in "Holiday" mode or "outside working hours" mode. BLF is green instead of red.

It should work like a traffic light.

This would be good as a system wide toggle in the SIP settings, I know some customers like it the way it is, but others (most of ours at least) prefer it to be green for normal operation, red when in alternate mode.
