Ring strategy queue enhancement

Hi, 

It would be useful if the system administrator configured the ring strategy to linear, and subsequently configured the agents in a linear way, this change would remain even in the case of dynamic agents.

Currently, if I configure the ringing strategy, and a dynamic agent logs out of the queue, when he subsequently logs in again he will go last in the ringing strategy. It no longer respects the configuration set by the admin.
