Due to customer segmentation requirements, it would be a great feature if we could create colleague accounts that can only access PBXs and devices that are in groups the colleague is assigned to.
In some cases, we deal with multiple customers in similar industries and our agreements with these customers mean that employees who work on one customer's services, aren't allowed to work on / have access to a competing customer's service.
Unless I am mistaken if I have not understood your request correctly, this functionality already exists.If this is not what you are looking for I think you should detail your request

You can assign user permissions to what features the user has access to:
It would be great if you could also restrict the groups that a user could see within this screen.
That way you can group PBXs/Devices into groups and limit the visibility of who has access only to those users assigned to manage the group.
