When the Auto Provision has been succesfully completed for the first time it would be good to disable DHCP Options & UNPN.
In our experience, some ISPs add DHCP options to their modems to autoprovision in case the customer has a PBX with them, which means every time the customer's phone restarts it attempts to autoprovision the handset and RPS redirection doesn't happen.
These carriers tend to send generic configurations even if the MAC is not registered in their system.

This should be included in the default templates for phones that support disabling these features. (We primarily use Yealink handsets)

Daniel Anderson Agree, as the P-Series CE uses Yealink RPS by default, disabling these items makes sense.
Factory resetting a handset is a common troubleshooting step and it is quite frustrating when an ISP modem decides to hijack the provisioning. -
Eric Jiang Hi Gavin,
Do you mean to set the PNP and DHCP off in Auto Provision after the provision via RPS success?

Yep - that's the parameters!
static.auto_provision.pnp_enable = 0
static.auto_provision.dhcp_option.enable = 0 -
Gavin James Yes, that's the one, if they are turned off by default in the auto-provision template it would prevent the phones being overriden by DHCP or PNP accidentally while connected to the Yeastar PBX.
