[Extension] Extension "Last Seen" Date/Time

When an extension is unregistered, add an option to view the time/date the extension was last registered or "last seen".

This would be great, it would also be good to still see the last IP (both the public and LAN IP), would really be helpfull for troubleshooting why a customer's device may have gone offline.

It would perhaps also be good to see when the phone last/first registered to see how long the phone has been up and online for?

Yeastar could also take it a step further and keep a registration history for each extension - That would be amazing!

I came back to this to re-iterate the registration history is a much needed tool for diagnosing registration problems.
Would be great if even the previous 24 hours could be displayed as a graph.
