[Queues] Select Extension Groups in Agents

Same as with ring groups, it would be great to be able to choose an extension group that is able to be a member of either dynamic agents or static agents (or managers).

With the introduction of Azure AD importing, it would make automating onboarding using M365 groups even more seamless.
