Share Extension Voicemail with Other Extensions (P-Series CE)

This function would work very similar as that of Group Voicemail but from a specific extension.

Use Case: Manager has personal voicemail box, but assistant needs to be assigned access as they will check the manager's voicemail periodically. This could be achieved with group voicemail; however, manager still needs to be able to easily manage voicemail settings from their phone.
