TG100 no sound


I am trying to set up a TG100 module. I chosse the Account Type in Voip Trunk and activated TCP on port 5061. I forwarded port 5061 on my router as well as UDP ports 10.000-12.000. 

Im using Zoiper on my mobilephone and was able to connect successfully to the Yeastar device. I can also call people. But there is no sound, neither on my side nor on the other side, I dont hear even the ring tone.


can anyone help me on this issue?
