We connect neogate TA-1610 to our switchvox ( Digium ) , but problem the caller ID showing ( Unknown ) , when we checked with Digium they told ( The provider at 10.1.xxx.xxx is sending the caller ID as UNKNOWN to the Switchvox. I have included an attachment to this email of the INVITE packet coming from that provider where you can see the UNKNOWN as the FROM ) .
So , please help us .
