I have a few item that I think will enhance S series and are important:

1. A LOG IN/OUT button for queues and groups.  A BLF indication of a phone's status in a group is a big missing feature on SPBX.  My customers have asked for it.  If there is a way to do it I would like to know.  If not please implement!

2. A feature code similar to *70 the resets forwarding to previous settings not to defaults.

3. In call forwarding options of Extension include forwarding to group.  I know this can be done with custom number, but I think it should be an option.  Also if it is an option, have the ability to leave message not in forwarded group, but of original forwarded extension.

  HI，

  Ring Group doesn't support members to log in or log out. And the use case of Ring Group is kinda different from Queue. So my opinion is don't support this function on Ring Group.

   

  As for the Queue,

  • BLF indication of an agent is reasonable. We do are evaluating it. Hope I will bring you other news next time. 
  • Log in/out button: do you mean the button for static agents in Queue? Actually there are already have feature codes for dynamic agents to log in and log out. You can set it up in phone's key. Do you think is it good for you to use?

   

  A feature code to reset forwarding to previous settings: Sorry that we might not have the plan to support. We are adding Prensence function, so the call forwarding function is going be have a little different from now. As far as I know, the prensence function will help to improve your user experience betten than this feature request.

  Add more options like ring group or queues in call forwarding options: good idea. Will think about to add it.
