Larry Neblett Sorry, but what API are you referring to?
-
Gabriele Maoret The API announced here:
https://www.yeastar.com/api-feature-added-new-firmware-version-30-5-0-30-yeastar-s-series-voip-pbx/
In this BLOG post there specifically told that it as released for S50, S100 and S300.
I would like to know why S20 is excluded.
-
Larry Neblett Thank you for that. I was not aware.
I too am somewhat curious, but my gut is telling me that the s20:
1. May not have the resources to accommodate what some may try and throw at it in the form of the API
2. That being limited to the number of extensions and calls that it is, that its size really doesn't lend itself to a market that would have much need for the function nor the resources to implement.

Gabriele Maoret We have lot of customers with less than 20 phones, but that will be pleased to have such a function...
For example, to integrate their CRM/ERP...
-
Daniele Yes please, I also would really like to use the api on the s20.
Can someone give me a reason for not implementing it ?

Dia Fora @ Yeastar:
Can we get a straight answer on this?
-
Gabriele Maoret No answers?
-
Larry Neblett Suggest you submit a ticket directly to Yeastar. This is mostly a user-to-user forum and none of us will have insight into the marketing or technical issues associated to same.

Gabriele Maoret No news on that?
Are S20 users excluded from use the API?
