S100 SIP TRUNK Problem

I have a little problem, I do not know if I still lack data from Claro (ISP) or that I have the following

Telephone Number 809XXXXXXX
LAN Range Client 192.168.1.0
Network Mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.254
IP Host PBX 192.168.1.100
IP SIP SERVER 172.X.XX.XXX

Change the data with X for security matter you know.

From the IPPBX I can ping 192.168.1.254 without problem but when I try to ping the SIP trunking 172.X.XX.XXX does not give unreachable response

You can give me a hand or a reference where to look.
