TG200V2 only one sim calling

hello

i have the TG200V2 with 2 active sim cards connected to a ucm 

i followed this walkthrough : https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-us/articles/218962827-How-to-Connect-UCM-to-TG-Gateway but i am able to call only one sim .

I receive calls on both sim but i can only use 1 sim for external calls : if someone is already calling the outside , i cannot call even though the 2 sims are shown .

what should i do ?!

  Hello. I have the same problem. Groups don't help. What else could it be? I already use separate trunks on SIP PBX for each SIM card
