Route the call to an extension on MyPBX U100, answer the incoming call, press keys on your mobile phone and check if you can hear the DTMF tones.
If you can't hear the tones, then a possible reason is the DTMF tones were not sent from the mobile phone provider or not detected correctly on the TG800.
In some countries, the DTMF tones detection on the SIM card is disable by default, you will need to call the mobile phone provider to enable it.
DTMF tones I can hear.
Timeout and Invalid can ran. about key 0-9, # and * not effect

Nothing happens when affectionate press key 1 and 2 but timeout and invalid can.
Supposedly when press 1 connect to extension 4001 and press 2 to extension 4002 it has no effect at all

Follow below steps to get some logs for troubleshooting this issue:
1. Login web GUI of TG800, go to Status -> Reports -> System Logs -> Packet Capture Tool, Click Start
2. Login web GUI of MyPBX U100, go to Reports -> System logs -> Packet Capture Tool, Click Start
3. Make an incoming call to the IVR, press DTMF 123456, Hangup the call.
4. Click Stop on both TG800 and U100's packet capture tool;
5. Download the logs and post them here.

After checking the dahdi_monitor raw files and analyse the signalling waveform, the probably reason of this issue is the mobile provider didn't send the DTMF tones to TG800, that means the key press event didn't send to TG800 and U100, that is why you press keys but U100 does not response.
My sim card problem that no DTMF I have changed with my DTMF personal card and I test again. The result remains the same. Still can not connect.

Tomi, I believe this can not be fixed by changing a new SIM card, this is caused by SIM card provider(the mobile carrier) didn't send the DTMF to TG800. My suggestion:
1. Check with your current carrier/telecom and see if it is possible to send DTMF tones to TG800;
2. Try change another SIM card provider/telecom/mobile carrier and check if that helps.
I have to change with another card the result remains the same. Tone I can hear. But when press 0-9 it does not happen. Timeout and invalid can be detected.

Yes, if TG800 can receive the DTMF tones from the carrier, then change the DTMF to INBAND might help.
The DTMF settings like INBAND, RFC2833, SIP INFO are specially for SIP but not related to GSM.
In this case, the problem is that there is not DTMF tones received at the TG800, so changed the DTMF settings would not help.
But anyway, Tomi, you can test and see if that help.
