Provisioning for Mitel phones

Mitel is a very popular brand in north america. Having auto provisioning support would be beneficial here when replacing Mitel PBX but allowing customer to keep their handsets.

Rodney, Mitel has been supported from 1.5.23 or above.

Mitel IP Phones 6863i, 6865i, 6867i, 6869i, 6873i will be supported in the near future.
