I really need your help. I have a problem on the part IP to Mobile Route because I have 2 different mobile network. I have 16 GSM port so I make it 1-8 GSM port for MobileNetwork1 and 9-16 GSM port to MobileNetwork2. Now problem is that whenever I make outside call. The only active route is the first row configuration and doesn't route to the second row configuration.

How did you connect your PBX with TG1600? Do you use SIP- Peer To Peer mode or SIP-Account mode?
What did you setup to separate your outgoing calls? Do you use different prefix?

The PBX and TG1600 are connected in the same switch with the same VLAN.
I used TG VOIP Trunk Service Provider Mode on my TG.
The used also different prefix like prefix matching but the problem is that it goes out only on the first row of IP to Mobile instead on going to next row which matches the service that I wanted to route.

Do you have two groups of people and would like to make them calls out through different group of GSM trunks? If so, you can try setup caller Pattern on TG IP to Mobile route.
Or you have two kinds of destination (for example, international calls and domestic calls) and would like to make calls out through different group of GSM trunks? If so, you can try setup DID pattern on TG IP to Mobile route.

Do you have sample patterns of how to match ARS of PBX to IP-to-Mobile of TG?
Example: (IP-to-Mobile)
The situation is that when I call 901XXXX the call will route to GSM1 and when I call 902XXXX the call will route me to GSM2.

Are you able to dial out with above settings? Is it still the same issue - the call always go out through first route?
If so, can you please login TG CLI and capture some asterisk CLI logs?

At the same time, please capture some SIP logs by:
Login TG web GUI, goto Status -> Reports -> Syste logs -> Papture capture tool:
Press start, make the calls to replicate your issue, then press stop, download the logs and post here.

Can you give me the format of your mobile numbers? just area code and the first number example: +123XXXXXXX

Just replace XXXX of DID Number with your area code and first digit (common number) of your mobile numbers. Cheers!
Your hostname/ip is the ip address of your pbx

Didi it works? Also you need to understand that you have to configure also a call route in your pbx server like whenever you dial a short code it goes out to the line of your gsm gateway.
What pbx server you are using anyway?
