We have 8 trunks, one of those trunks is not routing the incoming calls to the IVR.
this problem came overnight, it was working fine and sudenly in the trunk status it says busy and it does not send the incoming calls to the IVR like before.
Can anyone help me please.
This sounds like a busy detection issue. Try plut out the PSTN line from the FXO port and plug in again and check if that help.
Which product do you have this issue? MyPBX Series or Yeastar S Series?

I've tried pluging it out and in the port, but that does not help, it's MyPBX U100.
It's so strange, because one day it was working fine, and the next day it fails. The configuration is the same, nobody changed it.
If someone has another idea, please comment.

As Oscar commented, it might be caused by busy detection. But if pull out and plug in the PSTN line didn't help, two possible reasons might caused this
1. FXO port fault - Check this by plug this line into another FXO port for testing, if another port work, then it is probably an issue of FXO port;
2. PSTN line fault - Check this by plug this line into an analog phone, if with analog phone you have the same problem, it is probably an issue of the PSTN line;

I'm still having the problem, and i had the idea of making an outbound route with the line wich is pluged in the port that's having the problem, i thought that it would not make the call, but it did!!
Seriously, i don't understand, everything is working fine with this port except for the fact that it's not routing the incoming calls to the IVR.

Hi Roberto,
There is nothing in the raw file you post, this might possibly caused by when you execute the dahdi_monitor, you input an incorrect channel number.
I would suggest you to enter asterisk CLI by execute
asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvr
Then when you make the calls execute
core show channels
To confirm the channel number of the FXO port.
After that, follow the article above to get the rx.raw file again.

I have tried diferent channels but the raw file is always empty, i don't know what i'm doing wrong.

It was the fxo module that was not working properly, so i replaced it and that was it, problem solved.
