RMA request for a Yeastar U100

Hi we have a Yeastar U100 that sometimes ( once about every few days maybe) become unaccesible from LAN port. When this happens the SIP extensions don`t register to the PBX, does not respond to ping an can`t acces the web GUI.After restarting the unit everything came back to nomal operation. If you need to see this unit I can provide you access to administration WEB interface or SSH in order to get a RMA aproval for this Yeastar U100.
