Possibly, as imports are supported.
You may want to manually add a single extension and fill-out the fields in same to your needs. Once done, you can then export the file which will be .csv format and this should serve as a template by which you can add the other devices. When complete, you can delete the original extension (you may be able to leave it as I am uncertain how the PBX will handle - overwrite, by-pass) and then import the .csv file.
As to what fields you are specifically looking for, the export will show what can be done. I did an export and it appears that the attributes are more associated to the user and extension call handling and not so much the phone association or provisioning, so MAC import capability does not appear to be available.
There is a bulk add in the auto-provisioning settings, but this is more a screen based add rather than an upload. I think this is more of what you are looking for. There is also an upload file function, but I do not have any experience with it and suspect that it is more attuned for TFTP functionality should there be a need for a config file or firmware that is outside of or more than than what the templates or PBX natively support.
