IVR METHOD

Respected Oscar  , 

Now,  we can go for IVR  concept  my call network is gsm voip gateway
so any external call are come first land in my tg800 then go to sip server to extension. My office head wish is all call are land in IVR then customer select which department can go further

  here i have one doubt i especially allocate one sim slot for IVR or NOT .and also routes can i create seperate for that because now i Create IVR in my sip server for but the call are go to direct extension the IVR not process

  I believe you just need to adjust the destination in your FreePBX's Inbound route -> destination, change the current destination (extension) to IVR would fix it

  Respected  Oscar Colka,

                   One presence doubt not about yeastar products . i go to do call recordings @ FreePBX SIP  but i donot know what destination i can select here

  

  There are some Destination Option

    Announcements,  Calendar Event Groups,  Calendar,  Callback,  Call Flow Control, Call Recording,  Conferences,  Directory,  DISA,  Extensions, Follow Me ,IVR ,Languages , Misc Applications ,Misc Destinations , Paging and Intercom ,Parking ,Queue Priorities, Queues, Ring Groups,  Set CallerID,  Text to Speech,  Time Conditions,  Time Groups,  Voicemail Blasting

  i selected IVR is it's correct or not??
