What you wanne do with the IVR, What devices are connected to what and where you wanne route the calls to?
According your another post, I think you would like to route your calls from TG800 to FreePBX's IVR, see below for the suggestion:
1. Create an IVR in the FreePBX
2. Setup hotline in TG800 and set the value as the number of the IVR created in the FreePBX
3. Setup inbound route and route the calls to IVR in the FreePBX.

I already toll with you i have one trunk 5 ip to mobile routes and also 5 mobile to ip routes have 5 extensions & 5 gsm number respectively. in my routes tg800 to freepbx Sip server.
i need to know about one thing for ivr. i must create a new route mobile to ip for Place the IVR number else put IVR number in existing route because you use freepbx ivr number in hotline place i already merge my hotline number with DID number
OK, I am not very familiar with FreePBX, but I think if you can setup the inbound route at your FreePBX and route the call to IVR in the FreePBX.
If you can, please share scree shots of your Inbound route settings in FreePBX.
