Is it a setting that could be modified in web interface?
- DID pattern?
- BRI dialplan prefix?
or should we do a SSH connection to modify the configuration file as showed on previous posts

You can try setup the BRI prefix as below picture shows, if that doesn't help, you can also setup Adapt Caller ID
