Queue Position

Hi everyone!


Scenario; If Caller Position is enable, and a agent answer the call during the caller hear his hold position, the agent not hear anything. The agent was able to talk with the caller after the hold position. During the hold position message that the caller hear, the agent have a blank.

Do you know a way to cut the hold position message or a alternative to connect the caller to the agent if he take the call at once?
