Our customers would like to have different incoming and outgoing channels available for the Siptrunks.
At the moment, it is not possible to differentiate between incoming and outgoing call channels.

If I understand correctly, you have a SIP trunk with multiple numbers. For outgoing calls, you would like to show specific numbers for specific people. For incoming calls, you would like to route specific number to specific destination.
If my above understanding is correct, I think you can use DOD for outgoing calls and DID for incoming calls.
If not, please explain in more detail about "different incoming and outgoing channels for available for the sip trunks"
Hello Oscar,
thank you for your answer. Our customers often have the following requirements:
- 1 Siptrunk with several numbers
- Incoming calls to a call group, simultaneous calls eg. 4
- Outgoing calls, but eg. 5 call channels
I have in the trunk settings only the possibility to limit the number of call channels, but can not distinguish between incoming and outgoing.
Adrian, SIP trunk is not like E1, SIP trunk is virtualized multiple channels. Actually, the different between a SIP support one channel and that a SIP trunk support multiple channels is the SIP headers are different.
I think it is not possible to differentiate incoming and outgoing channels physically.
But I think you can configure specific DOD, DID and call routes to support your features.
The most important thing to differentiate outgoing channels is DOD, you can setup proper DOD for each extensions so that it looks like only specific channels are available.
The most important thing to differentiate incoming channels is DID and inbound routes. You can setup proper inbound routes with specific DID so that it looks like only specific channels are enable for incoming calls.
