Hi. Is there a way to forward (no answer/busy) calls from an extension to a ring group or a queue?

  This works great but how to I dump the call into the voicemail box if the ring group doesn't pick up

  I have ext 247 going to ring group and the ring group set to go to voicemail box 247 if not answered but the call rings the group and never hits voicemail any suggestions

  Got it change ring time to 20 seconds not sure why but its working
